       EDUCATION: Attorney Ivanka Yancheva was born in 1956. In 1980 she graduated the Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia in major "law" with very good results. She did her obligatory post-graduate probation for a period of 1 year as in 1981 she was appointed judge on probation at the City Court of Sofia. In 1996 she graduated post-graduate qualification in accounting at the Business Academy in the town of Svishtov.
       CARRIER: After she finished her 1 year probation in 1981 in the city of Sofia, attorney Yancheva worked as a legal adviser at the Regional Sales and Supply Office /OPSO/ Ruse from 1981 till 1985. S since May 1985 s he has been member of the College of barristers in the city of Ruse and has worked as an attorney in the city of Ruse.
              Since 1985 attorney Yancheva has rendered services to companies and citizens in all fields of the law. Some of the more prominent companies she has served by contract are: "Riga Hotels" - JSC Ruse, Kaolin - JSC Senovo, "Cental cooperative bank" - JSC – branch Ruse, "Allianz Bulgaria"- JSC - branch Ruse, "Tokuda banks"- JSC – Office Ruse, "Piraeus Bank" - JSC Office Ruse. She has also served the Ruse Municipality and State forestry office Ruse by contract. She has prepared 25 pre-privatization legal analyses of small municipal companies in the city of Ruse, of municipal company "Izkustvo" - SMLLC Ruse and of two state enterprises: "Grain foods"- JSC Ruse and "Select seeds"- JSC Ruse. Dozens of companies have used attorney Yancheva’s services throughout the years. She has also rendered services to non-profit organizations.
             Attorney Yancheva has worked with citizens on civil, administrative and punitive cases.
             In her whole carrier of a lawyer until 2006, attorney Yancheva besides the legal advices she has given, she has worked on more than 20 00 legal cases, most of which have been related with suits as well as with litigation representation before all possible court instances in the Republic of Bulgaria.
             SPECIALIZATION: All activities in the field of attorney Yancheva’s specialization are carried out through legal advices, examinations, analyses and preparation of documents, on a regular subscription basis or incidental services and using various types of litigation representation.
              Attorney Yancheva specializes mainly in the following fields of the law: commercial and corporate law - traders: registrations and changes, commercial transactions, insolvency; legal servicing and complex legal representation in Bulgaria of foreign legal and natural persons with registered offices in the country or abroad; pre-investment legal analyses of companies and properties; bank loans and mortgages; punitive law; administrative and administrative-punitive law - appealing administrative acts, enacted against companies and citizens, tax violations; property and obligations law - contracts, real properties transactions, securities and executive proceedings, analyzing the legal status of properties; family and hereditary law, labour law, notarial proceedings.
              Attorney Yancheva’s specialization does not restrict her in undertaking cases and suits beyond the above mentioned fields of law , which are of specific interest and intricacy , connected with particular combination of various laws and others.
